• ShowHippo is free during early access. When pricing arrives, early users will receive notice and a friendly discount.
• You own your data: your listings, your applicants, your history. Export it or take it with you anytime.
• Don't use ShowHippo to spam people or break housing laws. Showing notices and fair-housing rules are your responsibility; we just help you keep up with them.

The honest part

• This is early software. Things will occasionally break, and we'll fix them fast.
• We may change features as we learn but we will give you a heads up for anything major. Provided as-is during early access, no warranties, while we build.
• Will it last? Yes. ShowHippo grew out of our management company and we will continue to use and evolve the software.

The exit

Leave whenever you like. Ask and we'll delete your account and data. If we ever wind down, you'll get your data and plenty of notice first.

The program

ShowHippo serves property managers and owners. By opting in to our messaging service, you agree to send and receive text messages and/or emails related to scheduling and confirming property showings.

Messages include scheduling confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies based on your showing activity.

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages via ShowHippo.
