We don't share or sell your data.

What we collect

• From landlords and property managers: your name, email, company name and logo, your buildings and units, and your team's showing activity.
• From applicants: name, email, phone, how they found the listing, and their post-showing feedback. Entered by you or by them through your booking links.
• From email: delivery and open status on the notifications we send, so you can see what landed.

What we do with it

• Run your showings: booking, reminders, confirmations, follow-ups, tenant notices.
• Show it back to you in your dashboard, calendar, and exports.
• If asked, the AI help and insights tool can summarize or recall showing details, applicant info, or property feedback, like a secretary who remembers everything. If you delete an applicant or building, it's also gone from the AI helper.

What we never do

• Sell your data, or your applicants' data, to anyone.
• Market to your applicants. They're your applicants.

Your controls

• Export your data to CSV anytime.
• Ask us to delete your account and its data, and we will.
